Outcomes in craps and roulette are independent trials. Keeping up with the results in an attempt to predict future outcomes is nonsense and just another example of the gambler's fallacy.

Some attempt charting in baccarat. Baccarat outcomes are dependent trials, however, simulations have shown that charting and card counting don't do any good in baccarat either.
